3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers, including: Squarespace Payments and PayPal. Available payment methods may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Clearpay, and others depending on availability. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

4. Commissions

Commissioned artwork is created collaboratively and specifically for the client. By purchasing a commission, you acknowledge and agree that: commission work is personalised, creative interpretation remains part of the artistic process, timelines may vary depending on workload and complexity, reference images and communication provided by the client must be appropriate and lawful. Commission payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, as outlined in the Returns & Refund Policy. I reserve the right to decline commission requests at my discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped using tracked postal or courier services where possible. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on: location, customs processing, postal delays, seasonal demand, or circumstances outside my control. Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Customers may not: reproduce artwork, distribute artwork commercially, create prints or merchandise, use artwork for NFTs or AI training, or use images for commercial purposes without prior written permission. I reserve the right to share commissioned artwork, sold artwork, and process imagery on my website, portfolio, or social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You agree not to: misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website functionality, upload harmful code, or use website content unlawfully. I reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where misuse occurs.
